Dmw offers textile raising machines which are fully automatic hydro extractor with fabric loading & unloading device. They are traditionally excellent in quality with guarantee of performance high level precision, low breakdown and low maintenance are the promised salient features of our product. A universal double action wire raising machine comprising pile and counter pile raising rollers. It can process all types of textile knits or woven, either natural or synthetic textures. Specifications are as follows:

• Frame robust cast iron frames capable of withstanding heavy jerks for high production runs.

• Rollers 24 / 36 which are made of `c` class pipe.

• Drive the h.P. Required varies from 10 hp to 15 hp according to size of the machine at 440v, 50 hz.

• Exhaust system inbuilt exhaust system consuming 3 hp

• Panel board central switch panel for easy handling. Safety `stop` switches are also provided at front and back of the machine.

• Cloth speed the speed of cloth can be changed with the help of collapsible pulleys which varies from 10 to 40 mts./min.

• Working width available in various size viz. 64", 72" 80", 90", 100", 105", 110", 120" and 130".

• Production 6000 to 8000 meters according to quality of cloth.

• Gross weight approx. 3.5 tonnes.
